Terms of Service
1. Service and acceptance
These terms govern use of goleadly.app, the Leadly application at agent.goleadly.app, and related services. Creating an account or using the service means accepting these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for an office, you must be authorized to do so. Last updated: September 26, 2026.
2. Accounts, permissions and security
Provide accurate account information and keep it current. An office administrator manages permissions for users in that office and is responsible for their access. Each user must protect sign-in credentials and report unauthorized activity. Do not use another person's account without permission.
3. Permitted use and client information
The service is intended for lawful business use. Users and offices are responsible for having a valid basis to collect, enter, share and process information about leads, property owners and contacts, and for the messages they send. Do not upload information without authority, send spam, violate others' rights, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code or disrupt the service.
4. User content and data
Offices and their users are responsible for information they enter. They authorize Leadly to process, store, display, back up and transfer that information to necessary providers solely to supply the service and requested actions, subject to the Privacy Policy. The office administrator is responsible for data quality, required consents and user permissions. Do not enter passwords or payment details into general free-text fields.
5. Google connections and synchronization
Connecting Google Calendar or Google Tasks is optional and requires authorization on Google's consent screen. The user chooses an appropriate calendar or task list, and Leadly may create, update or delete Leadly-originated appointments and tasks there. Appointment or task details, potentially including client information entered by the user, may also be stored in the selected Google account. Users must choose an account and destination they are permitted to use. Each connection can be disconnected in settings; disconnecting does not automatically remove items already synchronized or source records in Leadly. See the Privacy Policy for data categories, use and deletion.
6. External services
Links and connections to third-party services, including Google, WhatsApp, property listing sites and communications providers, are also subject to those providers' terms. Their availability, permissions and content may change. Users should review messages and actions generated through external connections before sending where professional judgment is required.
7. AI features, estimates and reports
Drafting, matching, CMA valuation, listing data and reporting tools assist users based on information available in the service or external sources. Outputs may be incomplete, change or contain errors. A professional should verify sources, property and client details, and any message or report before relying on, publishing or sending it. An output is not a guarantee of transaction price, match or business result.
8. Fees and service plans
Access to paid features, trials, quotas and billing follow the offer or agreement accepted by the office and information presented during signup or billing. These terms do not impose a price or commitment period that was not agreed. Questions about a particular charge may be sent through the contact page.
9. Intellectual property
Leadly, its interface, design, marks, code and site content other than user content are protected by applicable rights. Users receive a limited right to use the service under their plan and permissions. Do not copy, distribute, reverse engineer or use Leadly marks without permission, except as allowed by law.
10. Availability, changes and suspension
We work to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance, incidents, third-party limitations and product changes may affect it. Features may be updated, and access may be restricted as needed to address security, prohibited use or legal requirements. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated date; where law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it.
11. Ending use and data
An office may request account closure or service termination through our contact page, subject to its applicable agreement and legal retention duties. The office administrator should arrange permissions and any needed data export before termination. The Privacy Policy explains handling of information, access or deletion requests, and data already sent to external services. Closing a Leadly account does not automatically remove events or tasks from Google.
12. Law and contact
These terms are interpreted under the law applicable to the service, subject to mandatory protections that apply to users. Questions about the terms, accounts or service can be sent through the Leadly contact page. The Privacy Policy is available separately.
